CASE 03 — D2C WELLNESS

TRUE DRIP

A complete editorial content system for an IV-therapy brand — built to sell a medical-adjacent service on evidence rather than promises.

THE BRAND

WHO THEY ARE

True Drip is an IV-therapy clinic in Hyderabad selling vitamin and antioxidant drips — Luminate, Shield, Respawn — as a premium wellness service.

IV therapy is a hard category. The ticket is high, awareness is low, and the space is crowded with wellness claims that sound identical. A prospective customer is being asked to let a stranger put a needle in their arm on the strength of an Instagram post.

That means the brand cannot behave like a supplement ad. It has to behave like something closer to a clinic that happens to be good at design — evidence first, promises second, and never a word that would embarrass a doctor.

THE PROBLEM

THE BRIEF

IV therapy is a hard sell: high ticket, low awareness, and crowded with wellness noise. The brand needed to build trust and educate before it could convert — without looking like a clinic or a supplement ad.

THE RESPONSE

WHAT I DID

Built a two-track editorial system. TRUE DRIP EXPLAINS covers mechanism — Glutathione, L-Carnitine, Magnesium, NAD+ — using custom molecular structures, skin cross-sections and nutrient node diagrams. TRUE DRIP ANALYZES takes on buyer objections head-on ("How much should you pay for Glutathione?", "Do you really need B vitamins?"). A third series, "What Happens After Your ___ Drip", colour-codes each outcome to its product bag. Every carousel runs a seven-slide arc: hook, definition, mechanism, evidence, why IV beats oral, then a WhatsApp CTA. Extended into a wedding-season campaign for Luminate ("Glow Like a Bride, Forever"), multi-ratio ad sets, and two videos.

HOW I GOT THERE

THE THINKING

01

Teach, don’t pitch

Every series answers a question a buyer is already silently asking. Education earns the right to sell; a discount code does not.

02

Borrow the language of science

Molecular structures, skin cross-sections and nutrient node diagrams — custom-drawn, never stock. The visual grammar signals rigour before a word is read.

03

Split the brand into two voices

TRUE DRIP EXPLAINS handles mechanism. TRUE DRIP ANALYZES handles money and scepticism. Separating them let each be blunt without undercutting the other.

04

Close on the real objection

Slide six of every mechanism carousel is why IV beats oral — bioavailability. That is the actual purchase decision, so it gets its own slide, every time.
