CASE 11 — ENTERPRISE AI

rSTAR

Enterprise marketing for an agentic-AI company selling into US enterprise IT — a different audience, a different register.

THE BRAND

WHO THEY ARE

rSTAR is an enterprise technology firm selling agentic AI into US enterprise IT — a very different buyer, register and sales cycle from anything else in this portfolio.

Enterprise AI buyers in the US have heard every claim already. The market is loud, the budgets are large, and credibility comes from precision rather than enthusiasm.

This work also had to support a live event calendar — the Oracle Edge Customer Summit and SIM Atlanta — where collateral competes with much larger vendors.

THE PROBLEM

THE BRIEF

Position an agentic-AI practice for enterprise buyers who have heard every AI claim already, and support a US event and hiring calendar.

THE RESPONSE

WHAT I DID

Developed brand messaging documentation, ran a competitive analysis of the agentic-AI landscape, and produced collateral for the Oracle Edge Customer Summit and SIM Atlanta — plus postcards, announcement creatives and social assets for the enterprise audience.

HOW I GOT THERE

THE THINKING

01

Know the landscape first

Ran a competitive analysis of the agentic-AI field before writing a word. Positioning is meaningless without knowing what is already claimed.

02

Document the messaging

Brand messaging written down as a reference, so sales, events and social stay consistent without a designer in the loop.

03

Design for the summit floor

Postcards and event collateral for an enterprise audience — sober, specific, no consumer flourish.
