BUBBLES
WHO THEY ARE
Salon marketing is a volume game with a brutal constraint: the creative is seen in a chat feed, on a phone, for about a second, usually while the recipient is doing something else.
That rules out cleverness. Every piece has to deliver one offer legibly at thumbnail size and still look like the same brand as the last fifty.
THE BRIEF
Bubbles wanted to reach clients directly through WhatsApp with ongoing offers, seasonal campaigns and loyalty programmes.
WHAT I DID
Designed 65 creatives across the promotional calendar, each built around one clear offer, brand-consistent and sized to be legible on a phone screen at a glance. For larger campaigns, consolidated multiple offers into single standee designs for salons and partner locations, using colour coding and strict hierarchy so the headline offer dominates while secondary promotions stay readable.
THE THINKING
One creative, one offer
Splitting a promotion across two posts halves the clarity. Each piece carries a single offer with an unambiguous headline.
Design for the thumb
Type sized to survive a phone preview, high contrast against a chat background, key detail away from the crop edges.
Consolidate for print
For in-salon standees the logic inverts — multiple offers on one board, colour-coded and hierarchised so the headline dominates and the rest stays readable.
Keep the calendar consistent
65 creatives across a season only work as a set. A fixed system meant volume without drift.
